our experience matters
Our Owner has over 20 years in the food and beverage industry. He has created multiple concepts of his own ranging from Certified Canning Facility (Licensed in Good Manufacturing Practices), to Gourmet Food Stores (Online + Brick and Mortar). He has also worked in Fine Dining Restaurants (Executive Sous Chef of $10 million Steakhouse and also Chef de Cuisine of $12 million American Seafood restaurant) and today still owns and operates multiple CPG Brands and maintains a Wholesale Manufacturing License.
Currently he continues working in the Specialty Food Industry working as a Sales Manager on the West Coast of Florida for a Specialty Import Company (Over $10 Million Annual Sales on the West Coast of FL).
Previous to entering the culinary world our owner was in the Finance Industry as a Certified Stock Broker and Financial Consultant with BBAs in both Marketing and Finance.
The owner is also a licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent and Business Broker (Focusing on Restaurant Brokerage). We can help you find the space you need! And even help find you a restaurant to purchase or sell your restaurant if you are looking to move on.
This diversity allows us to work with Food Business Owners not only on the creative side but also looking at the business as-a-business and understanding the sustainability and profitability of the concept. We want to help build a better culinary scene in SWFL.

Our team has been in the beverage world for over 25 years as a bar manager for some of the area's premier cocktail bars. We understand that not every customer is looking for the fancy garnishes and the rare whiskies but the experience of sitting at the bar and receiving a drink that hits the spot. We will evaluate your bar program that hits the experience your restaurant is looking for. Anything from casual to fine dining we will tailor a menu to your needs.
